Hello Anna. When you click on the link for the program you are asked two questions. Open or save. What you want to do is save it. When you ar downloading it you are actually saving it then. Remember where you saved it to. When you are ready to enter on that.exe file and you can then install it. If the file is in a .zip or.rar file you must extract it first. Extract it to a folder and then navigate to the .exe file to install.
