Hi all. I hope that some one can help. my friend Cleaver is having a problem. he is using IE 9 and windows 7 and every time he opens IE 9 there is a audio message that plays saying how to get rid of cookies and cash. the webpage stays the same and this is a audio message only. underneath the audio message there is another person speaking to tell people how to do this same thing in Firefox so it is almost like there are 2 people talking. it is very annoying and as I said nothing on the web sight changes and this is just a audio message it comes up if he opens IE 9 in google or yahoo it doesn't madder this message still comes up. any help that any one can give on how to get rid of this would be grate. we have tried scanning using mse and nothing was found we even tried going in to internet options and removing the history and cash and still it comes up.
