hello i had my computer remotely accessed and on several occasions i get the message "this computer is locked only authorised person with a string of characters can something or other" and generally restarting the computer solves this however not today all my emails from my inbox have gone this includes personal information sent to me how can i get the emails back? i am told that a restore will do this and of course i believe m s e has the availability of a checkpoint but where would i find these items and how would i use them thank you Yvonne
