Hi list,
I currently use windows live i.e MSN to chat to friends. In order to do that,
friends give me their hotmail address to add them to my contacts. I have heard
though, that some people using Yahoo messenger, are able to make contact with
people they don't know. For example, it sounds like people using Yahoo can be
see online by other people, and have requests sent to them to begin chatting.
That sounds like a chatline sort of thing. How does that work?
