Right-click the avt control center ic
Right-click the avt control center icon in the system tray or use insert+f11
for the task tray icon list.
Choose "launch avg control center".
Now, highlight "scheduler" and press tab to go to the "scheduled tasks" button.
After pressing this, a new child dialog with two (2) different tasks.

I have mine configured to scann at 4 in the morning. yOu can modify the
schedule to do so.
