I am using Jaws 11 and Vista. Every time I open my contacts folder in Windows
Mail, it opens, but I can't do anything in it. Any help would be greatly

Sounds like your CONTACTS folder may be corrupted.

To get to that folder outside of windows mail, I hit start menu button,
tab once onto my login name, hit enter, in the folder that then appears,
just hit letter C and it will highligh
