What anti virus program do you want to removed? Were you given an option "
Yes or No" instead just the "cancelled " optionat the point after you hit
the remove button.

If my memory is correct you'll have to go to that anti-virus sight.
Then delete it from there,that way you'll make sure that everything is out
from your computer.
