Yes, you actually can play Beyond Zork as a blind player, but you'll need a
program such as Windowsfrotz or any other version for your preferred system.
Then you can use the actual data file from Beyond Zork and load that into a
version of Frotz. The graphics in the DOS version won't be a proble
I'm sure fotz isn't available, but why not check for frotz?

graphics freaks took over which is why that game was never accessible. A
game on the internet called hugecave is available and that doubles the

Based on Michael's message, I'd say try using ocr in the menus at the very least, Dennis. Pair what ocr gives you with sound cues.
