Hi Ivan,  There are lots of quest around the city and city sewers.I believe for the samvil quest you need to find a cassette.  Check all buildings and lanes in the city, and take care of your health which decreases slowly. And.. The server is now on beta. So when that is finally finished, you lose

If you're playing on a desktop computer you have at least two different sets of arrow keys. Arrow keys on number pad and that set of arrow keys to the left of the number pad. If the game had origins in unix environment, a third set of arrow keys is possible using letters on the keyboard hjkl
