POTS AND PANS
Copper pans: To get them to shine again dip the bottom of the pot in
leftover pickle juice. Let it sit for about 10-15 mintes. Rinse well.
Burnt pots & pans: Make a paste of water & baking soda, rub into burnt area,
then let it sit for an hour or so, it will come clean qui

In the days when milk came in glass bottles with aluminium foil caps: boiling
them in a stained
teapot was the way to clean it up.
I am sure that the now-long-gone foil caps could be replaced with ordinary
aluminium foil.

The apple cider will work just fine. White vinegar is just the cheapist.
