Lee, it is legal just the same as black iron gas pipe in all respects. It is
easy and simple to do, almost like running romex wire, just in this case, it is
a gas line. I know the gas companies run flex underground, but if it is the
same thing has to be checked out. The compression fittings h

Lenny, you could run the flexible gas line that is vinal coated. You would
also want to check if it will take direct burial and still be allowed. Also
marking where it is burried if allowed. If allowed, you could run one
section of pipe and the fittings on the end are compression.
