[BlindHandyMan] Defrosting a chest freezer

I have a rather large chest freezer. I need to defrost it. I wish to do this in a timely fashion because I have a great deal of food in there and I don't want to leave it out of the freezer too long even though I will have enough room in my coolers to keep it all contained. Here is my plan
