I cannot tell you about the nail gun Larry but can suggest if that skirting is mostly down this might be a time to install additional supports. sure it is an investment , just like the double wide. consider running a mini wall behind that skirting. of course the bottom rail being pressure

Ok guys, Here comes one right down your alley. About a year ago I purchased a double wide modular home that I rent out. Last week some extremely high winds tore off some of the plastic skirting that runs from the bottom of the home to the ground. Replacing it doesn't look like a big deal, only an
