there is a leak, you'd have to replace the hose. The new hose would need a
nice clean and smooth surface in order to prevent leakage. Teflon tape

Brice, a good silicone lube like X man or even some K Y jelly will get
those hoses on easy and if their is room add a second radiator type
hose clamp just do not overtighten.Lee

Where the hoses hook up, if anything, I use Teflon. What pisses me off is
where you slip a hose on the PVC pipe, and there is no ribs to help keep the
hose on after you tighten the hose clamps. I fine when there is a rib and
you set the hose clamp just beyond the rib, and tighten it, it also h
