There are boombox types, and others. Check your local high fi house type
place; even radio shack.
Honestly, K-Mart or Wallmart might even have some.

Claudia, almost all can be connected to. A stereo patch cord from the MP3
player to inputs, to fm transmitter, with newer ones Bluetooth, or docking
station, one way or another, all can be accessed.

Many radio/stereos have inputs, sometimes specified for MP3 players, but
sometimes also called "Auxiliary" input etc.
Also many T.V.s have "AV" or auxiliary inputs, two audio and 1 video. These
can also work fine.
