Note, if you use old whiskey or wine barrels, make sure you put them up on bricks, or a cement pad or something. Especially in Florida, they will be eaten up by termites within a year or two if you don't. I had a whiskey half barrel in my yard, here in Pittsburgh PA, and within two seasons the
