Rob, I believe what you're referring to is a cutting tool arm. This is an arbor with an "arm" attached that holds a lathe-type cutting tool on the end. The arbor serves to hold the drill bit and also allows the "arm" to be adjusted in radius to permit differing size holes to be cut. I would thi
