I found an easy way to ease the edges on wood. I was about ready to order a 1/16" round over bit when I came up with this idea. I cut two scrap pieces of wood about 1 3/4" and 12" long. Then glued them together making a nice inside corner. Now I wrapped a piece of sandpaper around and used the inside corner to round over the edge of my stock. By using a 11 1/2 long sandpaper it made a very even edge. with a short piece I could not get the uniformity that is why I first thought about the 1/16" router bit. With this long sanding block I do not have to worry about any tear out from the router. Lenny http://www.geocities.com/lenny_mchugh/
