Hello All, I have a portable humidifier which you fill 2 water containers
and slide them down into the humidifier. The reservoir fills as water is
needed. when one container is empty the other one is suppose to start
filling the reservoir, until they are both empty. The problem I have is the

Hi Frank,
I use to have one of those. When that problem happened was because the unit
was not sitting level on the carpet. To fix I placed a piece of plywood
under it preventing one side from sinking into the carpet
No, I am at a loss, the old unit that I had acted like yours until I got it
level. Wonder if the manufacturer has a tech support number that could
help?
