I'd take the stupid door off, it's an accident waiting to happen. Maybe just cut out the entire back of the compartment too. I'd bet much of the several hundred watts computers draw these days goes up in heat, and it gotta go somewhere. Never liked this stuff of hiding the computer in a compartm

hi lenny i would put the muffin fan at the top in the back pulling out and then take the door off and cut a hole in the bottom and put a screen over the back of the hole so it looks nice. the heat rises so the fan should pull out the heat and pull in cool air from the floor. Jim in Minnesota
