I have requested the review gates as mentioned by Domenic, but I do want to
point out that this feature has been in production since 2015 in Chrome,
and that we're just closing the loop in bringing it to WebView.

Looking at the signed up origins, it appears that the usage of the header
is quite unevenly distributed, and we are working directly with the largest
users to reduce usage.

Hello blink-dev@
Are there any objections or questions about starting the removal of this
header?
If not, I would appreciate LGTM's to let me proceed with a 1% stable
roll-out in M112.

Hi Mike,
We plan to keep the setRequestedWithHeaderOriginAllowList API for the
duration of the XRW origin trial, but have not made any decisions beyond
that at this point in either direction.

Hi Mike,
Initially, the trial will end with M125, but we are likely to extend the
trial once we get there. By then, we should have a better understanding of
the timeline for ending the trial period.

Hi Christian,
I can see the issue. Do you already have a solution to ensure that the
interface won't be available for WebView once the feature is fully
released, and is it the case that the Origin Trial overrides this solution?

Hello blink-dev@
We have now enabled origin trials on WebView for 103 beta.
We aim to enable it on the stable channel in 104.
Please note that due to the limited beta channel penetration for WebView,
you may not see much traffic on your trials yet.
