ctorrent does not work. It had support last in 2006 which is probably why
it doesn't work. I had success with lftp and downloaded using the local
torrent file.

ctorrent is still running and I'll let it run until Tuesday morning when
it will end operation and check the contents of that directory at that
time.

Could be no longer seeding. The subdirectory it created remains at 4k in
size with all files in the subdirectory at 0k in size a few hours after
having started the torrent.
