Way back in 2018, David P. Reed asked the NetworkManager list about setting
qdisc options, but to this day, NW does not document qdisc, and still resets my
machine back to fq_codel.

I normally don't care, as I'm behind a de-bloated WRT 54, and now a shiny new
IQrouter, but I'm writing an article and want to have a recommendation for
not-terribly technical people that applies to ubuntu and fedora/centos, the
supportable Linux distros at work.

Did we ever hear back from the Gnome folks?

Failing that, Mr Reed, could you post the script you used in
/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d ?
