Brand new install of 5108R results in admin getting a cron email every
15 mins saying...
/bin/sh: /usr/bin/fix-httpd-log-dir: Permission denied
Sure enough...

I remember this thread and yes it did seem to get fixed.
I Just tried adminning my server from my iPad and the problem seems to have
returned.
Did the change below possibly get reverted by another patch?

This is on 5108R with Mailman.
Server admin can create a new list on a domain. However, site admin
cannot. These errors appear in the GUI:
