I just tried it on a 5208R and I don't get that problem:
[root@5208r ~]# /usr/sausalito/letsencrypt/letsencrypt-auto
Upgrading certbot-auto 0.7.0 to 0.8.1...
Replacing certbot-auto...
Creating virtual environment...
Installin
got this rpm -e python-tools
error: package python-tools is not installed
This on a 5208R VPS and a virtbiz stand alone 5208R
It seems it trys to install when try to enable Let's Encrypt!

That's an RPM conflict between "python-tools" and "python27-tools".
AFAIK you should not have the RPM "python-tools" insta
what does this mean?
