Generally, that will be a DNS or other network connectivity issue - unless it
is affecting everyone globally… And since this is the only report - we’ll have
to assume network / dns.

Yeah, I thought an OpenVPN package where the GUI does all the
complicated stuff such as configuring the OpenVPN server and handling
the SSL key management
