Curious why the AV_SPAM package has disappeared from Network Services on all my 5207 and 5208 boxes. Yes, know 5207 is old and am in the process of replacing, but did not expect purchased software to "disappear". Problem is I can no longer do any settings. -- Larry Smith lesm...@ecsis.net __

Michael, Thanks, just grabbing one at random, a 5208R AV_SPAM not under Network Services. Under Software Updates, Installed Software it shows AV-SPAM 5.1.6-3 Solarspeed.net. Third Party software says no new software to download. Under BluOnyx, Expiry Report AV-SPAM shows 2013-11-07 15:56:30

Hi Larry. Software entitlements are based on the expiry date of purchase. If you have AV-SPAM linked, you will see the most recent package built AFTER your expiry date. If you went from 510x to 520x … you will not see a gui, even if the older package is installed from the 510x gui. And as for u
