perfectly fine w/o MemCache. Perhaps in a highly congested usage
scenario it's one of these nice to have things to crank out a little bit
more performance. But other than that you'll do fine even without it

True, but it doesn't have MemCache support either. I'm not a fan of
MemCache due to inherent security issues that plagued its various releases.
