That would make sense. We also have users that even after repeatedly changing
both their mailbox and outlook passwords to verify they are correct they still
can't pop mail. But they can login via openwebmail.

Are they connecting via pop or imap?
We never could get the iPhones to delete messages on schedule when using pop3
(delete messages after x days). Our only fix was to move to IMAP.

We just had a user attempt to set a vacation reply in the list. He set it
without error, but instead of the autoreply senders are getting the

It supports all the way back to at least raq4. Yes there are specific version
requirements but I can't seem to google my way back to the listing. I'm sure
somebody here more familiar can fill on the details.
