I'd actually say it's a really good idea to have NTP servers pre-populated for BlueOnyx. As a SysAdmin there is nothing worse than comparing logs between systems that have different times on them. No, this is broken, if you remove a timeserver from the GUI then that very timeserver stays in the config file and doesn't get removed. The extra servers also stay too.
