I've tried that and no luck
Tried to submit a support request and get and error 404 not found when I
submit the request

Like I said in the previous message there are two things you should try:

1.) Restart CCEd. As root from SSH run this:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init restart

2.) In the GUI under "Server Management" / "System Settings" / "TCP/IP"
check your network settings and be sure to hit "Save" on that page.

Afterwards the Vsite management should allow you to enter IP addresses.
If it doesn't, then please file a support ticket via the GUI, which you can
do via "Software Updates" / "Support" / "Support Request". Make sure to tick
the checkbox "Allow Access", though.
