do you have any access to the CentOS8 guys or a developer related forum where 
you can post this?
I don't know if it is a works as designed or a problem they should have on the 
screen.

Yeah, I can confirm that. :-(

I just manually updated a 5210R and also got the Apache, mod_http2 and mod_ssl 
updates. Afterwards AdmServ still worked fine, but Apache didn't. An Apache 
restart and restart of PHP-FPM didn't help. An "ldd"
on the Apache binary and related libraries didn't turn up anything odd.

Only a complete restart of the VPS solved the issue. Which is pretty ridiculous.

But I agree: It's not a BlueOnyx issue, but something CentOS messed up.
This clearly isn't how it should be.
