Biedler's Belts is incredible for belts and they have pulleys. You don't need
exact replacements, if you have the ratio right. http://www.biedlers-belts.com/
For the hole, make a couple of shims to fill out the shaft. If the setscrew
isn't enough hold, make a dimple for it.

Im trying to bring an FPM-300 back to life.
Thanks to Greg Trook I have a correct replacement toothed belt for the
bandswitch shafts that must turn together, but the transceiver I got from
EBay some years back is missing one of the little nylon or plastic toothed
gear wheels t
