I'm just been plunged into a new project using perl 5.8.0 and lwp.
Actually I've been able to connect to my destination URL using https:
The area I am trying to get through now is the validation of the URL's
certificate.
Obvoiusly I have scoured CPAN and used perldoc lwpcook,
