[Boston.pm] Looking for VPS Web host advice vis- à-vis Perl

Hi, I recently switched my web host from Apollo to Startlogic, since Apollo offers only Perl 5.8.0, and Startlogic has 5.8.2 -- good enough to install the latest versions of a couple of key Perl modules I use. My problem is that Startlogic's virtual private server (VPS) web interface software

I'm looking for an affordable web hosting service that offers mod_perl. I spoke with pair.com, who said mod_perl is only available on their dedicated servers, which cost $200 - $400 per month. Does anyone know of a better deal? I signed up with pair.com for a while, and liked them, but it was often
