Scouted: Windows Messenger Popups

A friend was suffering from infrequent, uncontrollable advertising popups in 
Windows, so he bought a program for $25 to shut them off. Thought I'd post 
this URL in case anyone was thinking of doing the same.  The procedure to 
shut down the built-in advertising is simple, and doesn't require a monetary 
outlay.
