I voted for leftist extremists, right extremists, and all people in the
middle. I voted for honest-but-incompetent people, and people I knew
were thieves. I've chosen the lesser evil,
but sometimes the greater evil (no, I didn't vote for Cthulhu).
Maybe that old saying is true: I have a real part and an imaginary
part.

since we seem to be weighing in on political affiliation i join the
ranks of those who refuse to be doctrinaire, and are pragmatic rather
than dogmatic!~) i am a neo-marxist revisionist, whatever that means.
i can also claim to be a whack job because i believe in capital
punishment in extreme cases, but only when there is absolutely no
question of guilt, and am also against late term abortions. i have a
tendency toward nihilistic atheism believing that humans may never rise
above their darwinian instincts, even if it ultimately results in
ecocide. i believe in cost effective public ownership and consider
corporate capitalism to be fueling the industrialization and
materialism that is destroying our environment. i also believe in the
jeffersonian ideal of individual private enterprise.
