The prob is pleasing everyone. The current format is bad for the teams trying
to get into the top 16 (its worth being up there so you get to play games of a
decent length, and so you don't have to be in a pool with a couple of walk over
games).

1.
Why do we base the seedings for Tour 1 on Nationals from the previous year?
Why are they not based on the final tour standings from the previous year or

A couple if the seedings in the B Tour have moved slightly to avoid 1st and 2nd
teams meeting each other in the first pool round... The embarrassment of losing
to your second teams we'll leave til later! ;-)
