I think the rule is quite clear and states that if a disc-goes-out of bounds
then it comes in where it crossed the perimeter line, unless a defender
touched it.
As for continuation, the only exception to the rule Jon stated is when the
disc is
I've got a pair of size 9 (UK) Nike astro boots that I bought last year,
I've worn them a couple of times and they caused me pain due to being too
small. They still smell of new shoes, they cost me about £30 quid, yours for
