It seems to me that the overall quality of BD discussions is going down. There
are a few factors that are contributing to this decline.
1) less imformed people writing to BD
2) less personal comments, and insults directed at writers
3) less use of stars to indicate missing letters
4) I'm no

I'm part of a team, and I wanna wear the kit! I want the people on my team to
be wearing the team kit too. I don't need a UKU rule to make me wanna have a
team kit worn by all. If teams need to pick up superstars to make the grade,
so be it - there's no punishment for not being a "proper"

So jaimie, are you saying you wanna leave it as it is (even there's been some

I have to say, I found the times of games extremely unfair when playing the B
tour last year. It really didn't help when getting to the A tour having to
play games twice as long. I thought other people might have moaned about this,
but I guess you should never leave moaning to someone el

decent length, and so you don't have to be in a pool with a couple of walk over
games).
It was real tough for smash and grab last yea

here's my quick thoughts on indoor tournaments (could be rubbish, and I'll try
not to repeat too much):
I reckon that a few years ago when I used to go to indoor tourneys (not just
student ones) I could assume that there'd be some floor space to crash on near
enough to the venue. This mea

Not that I care about crappy indoors, but is there gonna be a qualifier close

If there are any juniors out there who didn't make the GB team for worlds, but still
would really like to go and play - here's your chance!
The South Africans are sending a junior squad for the first time, and need some help
making numbers, esp of players with much experience.

If someone (i.e. me) sends off a cheque for registration on thursday morning will this
be enough to let me play at the weekend? (I tried to pay by paypal this evening, and
it didn't work:(
Will it be an excuse to say to the dude at the desk on sat morning - "my cheque is in
the post?"

Sorry about the swearing in last mail - I didn't think the britdisc machine would let
it go through the pipes.
