I had been testing voxelize for quite a while now but the command hangs the
software to the state that it has to be reopened again. It is not
functional. I have gone through the code , still trying to understand it.
As a part of my project I would like to implement this functionality

Hi Csaba and Sean.
Through this thread my plan is to understand the nurb and brep and how much
I could accomodate in the GSOC timeline.
First and foremost what is a nurb ?
Secondly how is it created in brlcad ?
Like I see a mk_vol and mk_metaball, I dont see a mk_nurb the closest

Agree with meteor as a good framework candidate. The three.js package for

there is already very much done here. Anurag did most of the work in
2012's Summer of Code (http://brlcad.org/wiki/User:Anuragmurty). You
should consult the references Sean gave you, test the voxelize command
in mged and the g-voxel program. In your proposal you should point

After several discussions on IRC and some research on web, I consider that
the primitives I should implement during GSoC are rcc, bot, pipe, sph and

What's the detail/depth level the proposal needs to achieve regarding class
implementation? Does it differ from primitive to primitiv

Even if they aren't done, DO NOT WAIT - upload what you have to the
