Just to add something to this article:
- Dyalog is free for non-commercial use
- ISO 13751 could be bought from official site for like 60$ (I bought it
for instance)
- In order to create APL keyboard layout on OSX one could use excellent
program Ukelele. I did my layout based on Dvorak layout

I'd like to work on a beginner's documentation or tutorial on APL and GNU
APL in particular. The website mentions: "A Quick start document for APL is
planned but the work has not started yet.
Is there any existing work I'd have to coordinate with? Or can I start from
scratch?
