Target is default or native.
In the case of my compiler, I'm using GCC 5.3 to compile and gold to link. The
errors also occur with ld as my linker.
This was compiled on Ubuntu as it would seem that Ubuntu doesn't

This works only when the alias target is known to bound to current def. If it
is global symbol, I think we need gas accept the sources.
I however implemented the optimization to GCC now.
