This regression was caused by
http://sourceware.org/ml/src-cvs/2006-q2/msg00082.html
which sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the newly built libbfd.so and
libopcodes.so.
Hi Mike,
the way to reproduce is:
- build/install binutils like normal except add --enable-shared to configure
- build/install binutils again with --enable-shared, and it'll fail during the
compile stages
