source line not avalaible in GDB

Hi, I'm using insight-5.2 to debug a remote target. The problem is that when I click on run before the target serial port is initialized, the ui hangs and the host doesn't resend +$Hc-1#09, therefore the communication between the target and the host fails. It works fine when run is clicked
