Hi "January 8th, 2013: *GDB 7.7 branch created" *text in http://www.gnu.org/software/gdb/ page is wrong. I think year is written wrong here. It is 2014 I think, though I am not sure if that branch was created last year. It looked odd to me so reported. Please ignore if text in that page is correct.
