I don’t own a Mac but MacPorts seemed promising, so I suggested that.
Long story short, compiling works, running gnubg command line works,
but there is *no* GUI shown. Here is the ticket:

I am learning to play Backgammon. To prepare myself for live play,
I am would like to practice playing either direction (clockwise and
counterclockwise) and either colour (white/black).
GNU backgammon has a useful “Reverse direction of play” button. Is there
anything similar
