Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18134 (project gnustep): I have the same problem, too, though I couldn't figure out how to do a workaround (using GNUstep-GUI 1.13.0). I'd really like to have this bug fixed, as it's *really* hard for the user to rearrange items inside an outline view at the moment.
