I agree that the application should not make assumptions about how often the
delegate is called (indeed that was my first thought when I saw this bug) but,

I am unable to reproduce the disappearing objects in gorm, whenever I drop
things from DBModeler to Gorm, and save, and reload them the objects stay, if
they are linked to anything or not.
