With Gregory we were discussing to add a tool menu. The goal is to keep the
clean Openstep interface without having cluttered panels like other systems
have (Windows XP, Mac 10.3).
Adding juust the new folder button is maybe just a stop-gap

One more question: Which backend are you using? Riccardo has reported a small
offset between art and other backends. I still haven't found time to look into
that.

The behaviour in gnustep-gui hasn't changed, but the location of the scroller
buttons in MacOS has.
I guess perhaps we should update to match the current location of scroller
buttons (ie OSX rather than the original MacOS).

I changed the code so that it no longer tracks the knob after the initial
move. What we still don't do is keep on moving in the same direction until the
mouse goes up.
